We recently had our Septic system pumped, which was a 1st for us since moving to a house with a Septic system so did some research and found GetPumped and so glad I used them. From the initial responses from Crystal, which were timely and helpful to booking in a time and date I was really impressed. Then on the day Blaine turned up when stated, and not only did he do the job he also highlighted a number of issues we had with our system, even though it had been inspected a few weeks prior. He didn’t need to do this, since not his job but he was honest, helpful and took the time out of his day to explain. Definitely will use again, in fact will not even look elsewhere. Would definitely recommend them to anyone. A family business, providing great customer service!
